For the online retail giant Amazon, PML provided a senior-level project manager experienced in software and network development to lead the implementation of a warehouse wireless solution. The PM was responsible for overseeing requirements gathering, systems design, procurement and installation of the necessary hardware and software, and coordinating user acceptance testing. The outcome of the project was an overwhelming success. Using this project as a template, Amazon plans to roll out the wireless upgrades to all facilities over the next 2 years. Amazon has reported a 75% increase in speed of delivery thanks to the new wireless implementation.

PML helped GEICO lead a team of application developers to create a mobile insurance application with a 98% customer satisfaction rating!
Insurance leader GEICO wanted a way to provide better customer service by giving customers all features of their insurance policy on their mobile devices. Security was a big concern for GEICO. PML provided two project management professionals to lead different aspects of the application development project. The PMs were responsible for overseeing the requirements gathering for the different phases of the project. Responsibilities also included system design, resource management, risk management, security analysis, and usability testing. The outcome was a seamless application that has increased customer satisfication to 98%. GEICO customers have been overwhelmingly please with the functionality and convenience of the mobile insurance application.
